ORDER.

KALEIDOSCOPE receives all orders by email: info@kaleidoscopeht.com

Period between 2 and 4 working days is deemed correct for furnishing of graphic work, between 5 and 10 working days for realization of a logo, 10 days open or more for a website.

KALEIDOSCOPE reserves right to refuse to produce an order, if it believes that it is not able to print, deliver or produce within requested time.

COMPUTER GRAPHICS, FORMAT AND COLORS.

All our prices for printing are based on file provided by customer. In the event that Kaleidoscope would perform the graphical editing for you, hourly rate is $50.00/time and an estimate will be given to you. Work will not be done until the estimate is approved and paid.

KALEIDOSCOPE will produce digital PDF test to be sent to you by email and that will be approved.

KALEIDOSCOPE cannot guarantee the color displayed on your screen, your screen being in RGB and not in CMYK, morever, colors are seen with a brightness that the field of printing cannot reproduce. Brightness is lost once reproduced on paper. Even if your screen is calibrated it is impossible to guarantee the same colors and this is the same for the colors output from your printer.

Printing on glossy paper and Matt paper can greatly change the color result. Especially when a PANTONE color is converted to CMYK.

PRODUCTION AND FINISHING.

Approval of  PDF file is not used for color approval, but for viewing the full document, typefaces, images and dimensions.

Pantone colors (or PMS) can have a variant of more or less 10%. Result of a PMS color varies on the type of paper used.

CHANGING THE INITIAL REQUEST BY THE CUSTOMER.

Three (3) revisions are granted after the presentation of work. Any new intervention will be billed on time, based on $50.00 by hour and an estimate will be given to you. Work will not be done until the estimate is approved and paid.

ARCHIVING.

KALEIDOSCOPE does not keep in archive your electronic files, so you are responsible for keeping a copy of files you send us.

OMISSIONS AND ERRORS.

KALEIDOSCOPE is not responsible for any errors in spelling, typing, editing or visual having escaped your attention and received your approval. In addition, KALEIDOSCOPE is not responsible for documents made and sent by you, someone from your company or graphic designer.

TIME AND DELIVERY.

KALEIDOSCOPE reserves a period of 7 to 10 working days. However, delays may change depending on period or quantity.

A delivery service is offered inside Port-au-Prince.

Deliveries are made during the week only.

PAYMENTS.

KALEIDOSCOPE claims non-refundable deposit of  60% of proposed price before starting the project. Balance is due before final version of graphic work is submitted, delivery of printed material or before putting an online website.

For an amount not exceeding $120, entirety is payable before starting the work.

Illustrations, web site or graphical works remain property of  KALEIDOSCOPE until the full payment is received.

Payment can be made by direct deposit, cash, bank transfer or by cheque. KALEIDOSCOPE will be communicating its account as required.

Assuming that KALEIDOSCOPE delivers a defective product, whether partially or completely and not related to damage caused by shipping, KALEIDOSCOPE agrees to reprint the material in proportion to defective quantities, provided that material is returned to our offices for inspection. The amount of unit deemed unacceptable by KALEIDOSCOPE will be reprinted and not all.

KALEIDOSCOPE does not make refunds, we reprint the hardware only.

PRIVACY

KALEIDOSCOPE will not sell, share and not disseminate information collected on our customers.
